　　北京4月17日电(周昕)香港科技大学(广州)校长、香港工程科学院院士倪明选16日在“临甲7号沙龙”交流会上说：“我们要充分重视人工智能在高等教育中的应用，中国有机会为世界做出榜样。”

　　当天，中国公共外交协会在北京举行“临甲7号沙龙”交流会，倪明选以“人工智能驱动的全球数智革命——机遇与挑战”为题，围绕人工智能对教育的挑战及高等教育机构应如何应对等话题，与中外记者进行分享。交流会由中国公共外交协会副会长陈育明主持。

　　人工智能发展日新月异，为高等教育带来了深刻变革。培养“赢在人工智能时代”的人才，成为高等教育改革的重要课题之一。

　　倪明选强调，高校不仅要以人工智能赋能高等教育发展，还要培养学生成为具备人工智能素养，具有高阶思维和伦理思维，拥有韧性和开放心态的创新人才。“而中国有机会为世界做出榜样。”

　　以香港科技大学(广州)为例，学校将培养素质而非单纯的知识传播作为教育使命，教学方法从传统的“教师主导”改变为“学生主导”，教师角色也在发生变化。倪明选说：“我们鼓励教师将AI(人工智能)工具应用在教学中，转变教学方法去引导学生获取知识。”倪明选对记者表示，自己也在实践中惊喜地发现，很多学生愿意主动参与到教学改革中。

　　倪明选强调，高校要改变传统教育方式，逐步构建人工智能教育体系，理解和满足学生真正的需求。“让学生具有创新意识和批判性思维，学会独立做出决策、解决问题，以数智化驱动学生个性化、自主化学习，这才是教育的意义所在。”
