　　一、公司名称或变更

　　近日，庚星股份（维权）披露公告称鉴于公司控股股东及实际控制人已发生变更，公司依托控股股东浙江海歆能源有限责任公司产业资源，优化了大宗商品业务品种结构。基于前述背景，为契合公司业务持续发展的战略需要，加强品牌辨识度和市场影响力，公司拟变更公司名称为“福建海钦能源集团股份有限公司”。

　　需提醒投资者的是，公司名称变更不影响投资者维权事宜，更名前的权利义务和债权债务依法应当由更名后的公司承继，不影响民事责任的承担。2024年1月15日，公司因涉嫌信息披露违法违规收到中国证监会下发的《立案告知书》，截止目前，调查结果还未下发，因此引发了投资者索赔事宜。

　　二、投资者可积极维权

　　被证监会立案事由，指向的是信息披露违法违规问题。信息披露行政处罚的事由主要集中在财务造假、对外担保、关联交易、资金占用、重大涉诉情形、重大债权债务、未按期披露定期报告等方面，涉及上市公司各个环节、各个阶段。处罚类型包括立案调查、公开处罚、责令改正、监管关注、公开谴责、出具警示函等。至于该公司主要涉及上述哪一类，还需等待监管的调查报告。

　　自被立案之后，投资者纷纷以证券虚假陈述为由起诉该上市公司，已有部分案件递交立案。值得注意的是此类案件只有主动提起诉讼，上市公司才会进行赔付。符合于2024年1月15日之前买入，并在2024年1月16日之后卖出或仍持有而亏损的即可加入维权。
