　　4月24日电据市场监管总局官方微信消息，4月24日，市场监管总局发布《特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品按新国标注册问答》(以下简称《问答》)。《问答》旨在做好《食品安全国家标准特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品通则》(GB25596—2025)(以下简称新国标)发布后特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品的再注册工作，指导企业规范申报，确保市场平稳过渡。

　　《问答》明确，自新国标发布之日起企业即可按新国标提出产品注册(含变更)申请，获得注册后即可按新国标技术要求组织生产。自新国标实施之日起，企业应当按照新国标注册的技术要求组织生产，此前生产的产品可以销售至保质期结束。对于已获注册的特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品，申请人仅需按新国标调整配方时，原则上按变更注册办理。在提交申请材料方面，明确未发生变化的材料不再重复提交。此外，还明确了稳定性研究和生产现场核查、抽样检验的相关要求。

　　这些优化措施的实施，不仅提高了注册流程的效率和透明度，也为企业减轻了负担，鼓励更多企业投入到特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品的研发和生产中。

　　特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品按新国标注册问答

　　生活中，不少人会因为怕浪费而有一些节省的习惯，但殊不知在不经意间，这些习惯就埋下了诸多健康隐患。

　　今天，我们整理了8个看似“好习惯”实则威胁健康的习惯，一起来看一下！

　　1.肉放在室温下解冻

　　解冻肉类时，很多人都会从冰箱取出来直接放在室温下或者直接扔水里解冻，这两种方式都不建议。

　　室温一般是指20~25℃，而4~60℃属于危险温度范围，有利于细菌开“party”。室温解冻比较大块的肉类，至少需要2小时，有的甚至得5个小时，这期间微生物会迅速滋生，食用可能不安全。

　　一篇发表在《食品工业科技》上的文献显示，研究人员用实验对比了不同解冻方式对猪肉品质的影响，包括25℃室温解冻、25℃静水解冻、4℃低温解冻。结果表明4℃低温解冻虽然比较慢，但不仅能降低细菌的繁殖，还能抑制脂肪的氧化。较慢的解冻还可让肉类中的水分有充分的时间渗透迁移到组织之中，尽量维持饱满的状态，能够较好的保持肉类品质。[5]

　　而室温下解冻的肉类，汁液流失较多，口感、色泽较差；而静水解冻，水温一般25℃左右，且导热能力大于空气，解冻速度更快，汁液流失更严重，口感比室温解冻还差。
