4月15日，十五运会和残特奥会广州赛区执委会举办“数智赋能全运创新点亮未来”十五运会和残特奥会广州赛区科技创新应用立项证书颁发仪式。由广电运通主导的面向多元场景的AR数字人民币硬钱包关键技术与应用示范项目、AR导航统建系统项目、广州市体育场馆智慧运营管理云平台项目获颁立项证书，为“智慧全运”注入“核心硬科技”。

本次共发布14项十五运会和残特奥会广州赛区科技创新应用专题项目，涵盖智慧赛事服务、安全保障、绿色低碳、无障碍技术等重点领域。广电运通党委委员、常务副总经理解永生，成员企业运通智能董事长曾庆宁、广电信义总经理张愿受邀出席并分别代表3个立项项目团队上台领取证书。

AR数字人民币硬钱包，首探数币生态新模式

作为本次科技创新应用专题(第一批)资助类项目，广电运通联合运营机构研发国内首款"文化AR数字人民币硬钱包"，将数字人民币与AR技术深度融合。通过手机扫描数字人民币硬钱包，即可触发醒狮、粤剧等特色AR场景互动，以科技手段活化岭南传统文化。数币AR硬钱包即将亮相“十五运”，首次实现赛事侧与城市侧多场景覆盖，直击跨境支付痛点，为粤港澳大湾区三地资金流动、商贸往来提供标准化解决方案。该项目标志着数币基础支付形态向"支付+文化+管理"生态升级，打造"赛事经济+区域特色"创新模式，为全国数字经济高质量发展提供了可复制的实践经验。

AR导航统建系统，引领智慧观赛新体验

由广电信义主导、运通智能深度合作的AR导航统建系统，基于矢量数据和点云数据，对大型体育场馆场景进行快速重建，结合惯性导航器件采样数据对人员行进方向进行校准，从而实现各场馆内部精准导航。该系统将大学城体育中心、天河体育中心、广州残疾人运动中心、广州体育馆等多个体育场馆统一纳管，实现统一访问入口和管理后台，既满足观众及特殊群体等用户的多样化导航需求，同时实现跨场馆系统的集中化运维管理。

智慧大脑赋能，打造场馆运营新标杆

广电信义打造的广州市体育场馆智慧运营管理云平台，采用云边结合架构，通过"一次部署、多馆共享，无限拓展"模式，具备成为未来全市智慧运营管理总平台的潜力。平台涵盖数字孪生底座、物联感知、综合运行态势分析等多方面建设内容，形成"人-物-事"三位一体的立体化管理体系。依托数字孪生底座，云平台在安全态势、设备态势及事件管理三方面发挥联动优势，提升应急效率，符合简约办赛理念。

在当今数字化、智能化飞速发展的时代，科技与体育的融合已成为推动体育进步的重要力量。广电运通将全力保障三项创新应用成果于今年11月顺利落地，为打造“智慧全运”注入湾区创新动能，加速推进“AIinall”战略落地，展现行业人工智能领军企业的的社会责任与担当。
