　　中新社北京4月18日电针对直播电商行业存在的虚假营销、假冒伪劣等系列问题，中国国家市场监管总局18日表示，将全力整治直播电商乱象，强化直播带货商品溯源管理。

　　当天召开的直播电商监管专题新闻发布会上，国家市场监管总局网络交易监督管理司司长朱剑桥指出，直播电商涉及平台经营者、直播间运营者等众多主体，参与主体法律关系复杂，违法行为定性相对困难。加之，一些商家和主播急于追求流量变现，重营销、轻品质，重成交、轻售后，虚假营销、假冒伪劣等行为易发多发。

　　朱剑桥指出，市场监管部门将全力整治直播电商乱象，包括：完善直播电商监管制度，进一步明确平台经营者等主体责任；强化直播带货商品溯源管理，如强化商家资质和商品信息审核把关，加强对问题商品的源头追溯，加大直播带货产品质量专项抽查抽检的频次和力度等。

　　直播电商作为新业态，具有实时性强、数据量大，传统监管手段难以有效监测和取证固证等问题。对此，国家市场监管总局网络交易监督管理司一级巡视员闫卫国介绍，今年市场监管部门将持续推动建立健全直播营销主体信息库，强化平台数据报送，及时摸清直播电商相关经营主体的底数，分级分类压实主体责任。
