　　中新社沈阳4月16日电(李晛)据沈阳市政府新闻办16日召开的发布会消息，沈阳六部门联合印发《沈阳市人工智能产业创新发展行动计划(2025—2027年)》(下称《行动计划》)，旨在加快建设国家新一代人工智能创新发展试验区。

　　《行动计划》的主要目标包括，到2027年，沈阳市人工智能核心产业规模将达700亿元人民币。建成人工智能领域国家级创新平台15家，新增概念验证中心、中试基地等创新载体20家，突破一批关键核心技术，形成全国领先的细分领域优势。累计形成人工智能应用解决方案500个，在医疗、教育、文旅等重点领域形成应用示范。

　　《行动计划》还明确了八项重点任务，其中包括围绕建设全国先进制造业基地，加快通用装备和重矿轨道装备的智能化改造，打造国家智能制造卓越级和领航级工厂，形成赋能新型工业化典型案例；顺应人工智能技术向未来交通领域深度渗透的趋势，攻克路线自主导航、行驶环境感知等关键技术；发挥沈阳集成电路装备产业优势，突破神经网络处理系统等关键技术，加快智能芯片产业发展。

　　《行动计划》指出，到2027年，沈阳将建成国家智能制造卓越工厂10个；培育发展无人飞行器、智能网联汽车等产品10个；形成智能微控芯片、微型半导体控温芯片等产品10个；智能算力规模达到3000P，研发通用、行业大模型20个；打造人工智能应用场景标杆城市。
