　　4月21日电(燕新台)台积电近日公布的2024年股东会年报显示，其在不同地区工厂经营状况的显著差异。据台湾“中时新闻网”报道，台积电在美国亚利桑那州的新厂去年亏损新台币近143亿(约32亿元人民币)，中国大陆的南京厂则在去年盈利新台币近260亿(约58亿元人民币)，两者差距幅度相当巨大。

　　台湾《经济日报》称，台积电在2021年、2022年与2023年的股东会年报中，已陆续揭露亚利桑那新厂分别亏损新台币48.1亿、94.3亿与109.24亿，去年则亏损新台币142.98亿，在过去4年已累计亏损逾新台币394亿(约12亿美元)。

　　此外，相比于中国大陆的南京厂在去年大赚新台币近260亿，台积电在日本亏损43亿多新台币(约10亿元人民币)，在欧洲亏损5亿多新台币(约1.1亿元人民币)。

　　上月初，美国总统特朗普与台积电董事长魏哲家共同在白宫宣布，台积电将对美追加投资至少1000亿美元。这笔投资被形容为“美国史上规模最大的单项外资直接投资”。

　　回顾此前，台积电已在2020年、2023年及2024年，累计承诺在亚利桑那州投资650亿美元建造三座晶圆工厂。岛内媒体报道称，台积电此次扩大投资计划包括兴建三座新晶圆厂、两座先进封装设施，以及设立一间主要研发团队中心。

　　台湾《经济日报》认为，台积电加码对美投资，对自身的影响是成本增、效率降，拉低整体毛利率。多家外媒报道显示，特朗普在当地时间4月8日的一场演说中称，他曾告诉台积电，如果不在美国设厂，就要课征“100%关税”。

　　有岛内网友在相关报道下评论道，“历史总是不断重演，1980年代就是美国搞垮日本半导体产业，我们现在还傻傻地把优势产业不断送给美国，只会跪舔美国的‘赖皮’，不会施政只会搞斗争，就算美国给台湾压力，你好歹谈判换回一些东西啊，这样直接白白奉送，这不是‘卖台’什么是‘卖台’？？？”
