　　一、曾被监管严惩

　　关于投资者诉上海易连证券虚假陈述一案，上海沪紫律师事务所刘鹏律师已多次递交案件是上海金融法院立案审理。回溯此案，2025年1月8日，上海易连收到中国证监会上海监管局出具的《行政处罚决定书》。至此针对该公司的调查结束，不过也因该公司违法违规引发了大批投资者的索赔。

　　此外，公司因连续二十个交易日股价低于1元，被交易所于2024年7月11日终止上市。刘鹏律师提示虽该公司退市，但不影响索赔。

　　依据其违法违规事实，符合于2021年4月29日-2024年2月27日之前买入，并在2024年2月28日之后卖出或仍持有而亏损的投资者还可加入索赔，挽回损失。

　　二、存在多项违规

　　经证监会查明，上海易连存在的违法行为为，2020年和2021年年度报告未如实披露实际控制人，存在虚假记载；2020年和2021年年度报告未披露重大关联交易，存在重大遗漏；通过虚假贸易虚增营业收入、利润总额，导致2021年至2023年年度报告存在虚假记载。因此公司被证监会处罚。

　　对于上市公司因违规而退市的赔偿问题，监管及相关机构也在积极研讨中。证监会曾发布《关于严格执行退市制度的意见》明确提出要更大力度落实投资者赔偿救济，支持投资者维护合法权益。对重大违法退市负有责任的控股股东、实控人、董监高，更要依法赔偿投资者损失，弥补非公平行为给投资者造成的伤害。值得注意的是此类案件只有主动提起诉讼，才能挽回损失。
