　　4月21日，有名为“Jeffery”的用户在社交平台发文称，“接到了东哥送的第一单外卖，荣幸啊，也算享受过千亿大佬的服务啦，祝京东生意红红火火，蒸蒸日上！”京东方面回应《每日经济新闻》记者称属实，感谢大家对京东外卖的关注与支持。

　　据红星新闻，当事网友阴先生告诉记者，他当时开门的时候感觉很奇怪，因为门外站着三个人，一般送外卖的只有一个外卖员。“第一反应没认出来，我就抬眼看了一下，然后就感觉门外的人很像刘强东。我当时比较蒙，问他您是东哥吗？他挺亲切地说是。”

　　阴先生现场询问刘强东，称没想到他能亲自送外卖，刘强东表示这是其本人送的第一单外卖。“我问他可不可以合影，他说可以，我就拿了手机出来拍照，然后他说拿他的手机也拍两张，临走还说祝您用餐愉快。”阴先生说。 

　　据九派新闻，阴先生表示，“我不是京东的员工，不是托，保证没有收钱做营销。”

　　阴先生告诉九派新闻，他对于刘强东的印象是感觉很随和，自己并不是京东的托儿，他称之所以把此事分享在社交平台，是因为觉得很幸运。出门取外卖时自己穿得比较邋遢，头还没洗，裤子也没提好，“平台上并没有写明配送员是刘强东”。

　　此外，据网友在社交媒体上发布的视频显示，刘强东是骑着电动车在送外卖。

　　据荔枝新闻，今日，有京东骑手发布视频称，自己送货回来后，被刘强东请吃火锅。视频中，众多骑手围坐一起吃火锅，刘强东表示自己下午也特意去送了几单外卖！

　　今年以来，商家零佣金入驻、给骑手缴纳“五险一金”、上线外卖“百亿补贴”，京东外卖在业务侧用“三板斧”劈开了这场互联网新战事。

　　对于为何做外卖，京东集团SEC副主席、京东集团CEO许冉在最近一次小范围沟通中表示，京东做外卖最重要的是解决行业痛点、满足用户需求。她认为：“外卖行业本就是一个宽广的赛道，完全容得下多个平台。”

　　与此同时，就在前几日，蔚来创始人、董事长、CEO李斌在社交平台发布与刘强东一起吃外卖的视频。刘强东在视频中表示：“京东搞外卖是认真的，要做父母、孩子、客人都能放心吃的品质外卖。”
